UBER IS TERRIBLE!!

DONT DRIVE FOR UBER!! They CAN rip you off!! My UBER HORROR STORY! Waited about 40 mins at Detroit Metro Airport drivers waiting area and finally got a ride. I pull up to customer and FAULTY UBER APP tells me to get customer pin. Customer says he doesn’t know what I am talking about. The FAULTY UBER APP then says enter last 4 numbers of customers phone. NOTHING! Ride won’t start on app. So to give this customer SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I tell him I will call customer service on Uber to fix this while we drive an hour to Flint. BIG MISTAKE!! While waiting 10-15 mins on hold customer starts complaining on having to pay 95.00 to Uber because Delta won’t fly into Flint. Then Uber answers my call and then disconnected the call!!! Another 10-15 hold time and Uber answers and says wrong 800 number for this issue!!! You kidding me!?!?!?! 3rd call on our 10-15 minutes of waiting and the freeway shuts down!!! Major truck fire!! So while “customer service” puts us on hold about 5x approximately 5-10 mins at a time they finally fix the faulty app and it says ride has begun. 22 miles from Flint and 3 hrs later!!! I drop off customer and I am paid $22.00 for over 100 miles of driving and 3.25 hours in my car! Now customer and I are both upset. So 40 rides all 5 stars and this guy gives me a 1 star because of UBERS PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It gets worse. I send 3 HELP DESK requests and 2 weeks later UBER says it was my problem not theirs!!! Needless to say I will never drive for UBER again nor do I recommend ANYONE do it! Their app clearly shows I picked a customer up at Detriot Metro Airport and drove him to Flint and dropped him off 3.25 hrs later. I also sent UBER the link to the MLIVE article showing the major truck fire that closed down US23. MY FAULT?!?! My mistake was trying to provide an Uber customer SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and Uber burned me for it!!

My secret service story.

Years ago during the DARK DAY’s of Obummer as pretend president, I was working at the Nut House when someone tells me Princess wants to talk to me it’s an EMERGENCY. I took the call at the Horseshoe in Main street and I said “Yes?”. Princess says the SECRET SERVICE is at the door and they want to talk to you!! What did you do?!?!?” I told her to calm down, go back to the front door and tell the nice gentleman I am at work, and I will be home at 4pm and they will say “Thanks, we will see you at 4.” I could hear Princess telling the agents what I told her to say and they said, “Thanks, we will see you at 4.” She gets back on the phone and says “How did you know that?” I told her, honey I was a military investigator and I have worked with the FBI and Secret Service often in my career as an investigator and all will be well. There is NOTHING to worry about. They are wanting to question me about possibly threatening the Clown Oboma, something I would never do.

So I pull in drive way around 3:45, open the garage door as normal to enter my home and DAMN! , I see a table and 4 chairs set up where I would normally park my truck KNOWING exactly what was happening. Princess has a business law degree and there is NO WAY she is letting them inside our home. Cracked me up…

So at 4pm SHARP there is a knock at the front door and Princess opens the garage door. We can here the agents laughing as the door comes up and they see the table and chairs. One of the agents says “I take it we are not welcome in your home?” Princess says “correct”. They then explain why they are here and have a form they go down and have to ask me several questions.

I tell them I understand the mundane situation they are in, and tell them I am sure they did not do a background check on me. I explained to them, they can stand right next to the Clown Obamo, but my personal background was even more scrutinized then there’s, because I was a security officer at a nuclear power plant and they both agreed. They had to see 1 psychiatrist, I had to be interviewed by 3.

So one of the questions they asked is did I want to hang the Clown Obomo. I told them what I said was perfectly legal and a reason I am VERY PISSED at the Secret Service and the FBI. YOU GUYS let an anti-American muslim rise to President of the USA and did NOTHING to stop this POS from being President. I explained to them DURING the Benghazi attack I was all over twitter asking WHY IS OUR GOV’T NOT SENDING REINFORCEMENTS?!?! I was watching TREASON right before my eyes!! I said “Obomo and Clinton need to be tried for TEASON and hung for this!” Totally legal. I still believe this today btw.

One of the other questions they asked is how many guns did we have in our home. I was about to answer and Princess kicked me under the table. I said “OW!” and the agents started to laugh their ass’s off! I then said,” we can skip that question.”

They asked me with Obozo coming into town next week, what were my plans? I said “If you think I have any intention of doing that asshole harm, you do not know me. If he comes to Detroit I would prefer to drive to Frankfort do get away from that anti-American POS.

So at the end of the interview they shook our hands and mentioned they had to go to their kids football practice and I said “See Princess! I told you they are real people just like us and you had nothing to worry about!”
