Democrats HATE vouchers so kids can go to any school they want! That way the Public School and the Teachers Unions will have to improve to compete.
Btw, that is the MAIN reason Chicago teachers are striking – pay for performance! How DARE WE as taxpayers expect our teachers to actually teach?
